FinHisaab is a free, read-only Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Pakistan Stock Exchange data. It lets compatible AI assistants retrieve dated market facts, company research, mutual-fund data, investor flows, and inflation context while you ask questions in plain language.

ChatGPT custom MCP connectors can be enabled on desktop. Developer Mode must be turned on under Security and login, then custom plugins can be added via Browse plugins (note: visible on desktop only).
Get your free connection link
Open your FinHisaab settings and generate a connection link. It looks like https://mcp.finhisaab.com/preview/YOUR_TOKEN — everything it needs is in the link, so there are no passwords to set.
Enable Developer Mode (desktop only)
In ChatGPT on desktop, click your profile / account menu in the bottom-left → Settings → Security and login. Under Advanced security, scroll to Developer mode and turn the toggle on. Note: This setting is only visible on desktop (web or desktop app), not in mobile apps.
Open Settings → Plugins → Browse plugins
In the Settings modal, select Plugins from the left navigation menu, then click Browse plugins towards the bottom of the plugins list.
Click the + icon in Plugins to add custom MCP
In the top-right corner of the Plugins directory (next to the search bar), click the + button to add a custom plugin or connector.
Paste connection link, scan, and save
Paste your FinHisaab connection link, choose the available authentication option, scan the tools, and create the plugin. Follow ChatGPT’s prompts to confirm connector access.
