Exide Pakistan Limited announced the resolutions passed at its 72nd Annual General Meeting held on July 29, 2026. Shareholders approved the annual financial statements, a 50% final dividend (Rs. 5 per share), the re-appointment of auditors Yousuf Adil & Co., the election of seven directors for a three-year term, and remuneration for key executives.

Exide Pakistan Limited announced that the cash dividend of Rs. 5.00 per share (50%) for the year ended March 31, 2026, has been credited electronically to designated bank accounts of shareholders on August 7, 2026. Dividends for shareholders with missing or incomplete bank details or CNIC copies have been withheld pending completion of requirements.
