Nishat Chunian Limited (NCL)

Nishat (Chunian) Limited shareholders have approved the voluntary winding-up of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nishat Chunian Properties (Private) Limited. Additionally, the company has authorized the sale of land measuring 08 Kanals – 07 Marlas – 155 Sq. Ft. located in Gulberg II, Lahore, with the Board empowered to finalize the transaction at the best available market price.

Nishat (Chunian) Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to seek shareholder approval for the voluntary winding-up of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nishat Chunian Properties (Private) Limited. Following the liquidation, the company plans to sell the subsidiary's freehold land in Gulberg, Lahore, to reduce bank borrowings and finance costs, with an estimated capital gain of approximately Rs 540 million.

The Board of Directors of Nishat (Chunian) Limited has recommended the voluntary winding-up of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nishat Chunian Properties (Private) Limited. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) has been convened for June 29, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for this resolution.
