OLP Modaraba has announced the formal approval from the SECP Registrar for the election of the Board of Directors and the appointment of Mr. Waqas Ahmad Khwaja as the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of OLP Services Pakistan (Private) Limited for a three-year term.

OLP Modaraba has appointed Mian Faysal Riaz as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of OLP Services Pakistan (Private) Limited, effective May 09, 2026. This interim appointment follows the departure of the previous CEO and will remain in place until the approval of Mr. Waqas Ahmad Khwaja by the Registrar Modaraba.

OLP Modaraba has released its Shariah disclosure for the half-year ended December 31, 2025, detailing its Shariah-compliant financing, investments, and income streams. The disclosure confirms the Modaraba's continued adherence to Shariah-compliant financial practices.
