Systems Limited (SYS)

These are simplified estimates using hardcoded default assumptions (growth, discount, and terminal growth rates; a 15.0x fallback P/E) and are for informational purposes only. They are not investment advice or a price target — always do your own research before making investment decisions.

Banks and other financial institutions are not supported at the moment. The discounted-cash-flow method does not apply to them, and the other methods are calibrated to non-financial companies, so any values shown for financials should not be relied on.

• Positive return on assets
• Positive operating cash flow
• ROA improved year-over-year
• Operating cash flow exceeds net profit
• Leverage (long-term debt / assets) decreased
• Current ratio improved
• Gross margin improved
• Asset turnover improved

This is a simplified 8-point score based on Piotroski's methodology, not the standard 9-point Piotroski F-Score. It omits the classical "no new shares issued" criterion because historical shares-outstanding data is not available. It is not investment advice.

The F-Score is also not designed for banks or other financial institutions. Several criteria — gross margin, current ratio, asset turnover and leverage — do not translate to their financial statements, so scores shown for financials are unreliable.
