Amreli Steels Limited has announced the relocation of its registered office from A-18, Sindh Industrial Trading Estate, Karachi, to F-11 Ibrahim Rehmatullah Road, KDA Scheme 1, Karsaz, Karachi, effective from July 15, 2026.

Amreli Steels Limited has successfully completed all statutory and regulatory formalities to increase its authorized share capital from PKR 5 billion to PKR 8 billion. This follows the previously approved special resolutions by the board and shareholders.

Amreli Steels Limited has announced a one-year extension to the suspension of operations at its SITE Rolling Mill due to persistent adverse market conditions. The company clarified that its Dhabeji facility remains fully operational, maintaining 100% of its billet manufacturing capacity and 70% of its rebar manufacturing capacity.
