FINANCIAL RESULTS

Shahtaj Sugar Mills Limited announced its financial results for the nine-month period ended June 30, 2026, reporting a net loss after tax of PKR 93.475 million (LPS of PKR 7.78) compared to a net profit of PKR 9.545 million (EPS of PKR 0.79) in the same period last year. Revenue from contracts with customers decreased to PKR 6.62 billion, and the Board of Directors did not recommend any cash dividend for the period.

Shahtaj Sugar Mills Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for July 29, 2026, to review and approve the company's condensed interim financial statements for the nine-month period ending June 30, 2026.
