Sakrand Sugar Mills Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Ali Mahmood Khan as the Head of Internal Audit, effective from July 29, 2026.

Sakrand Sugar Mills Limited announced its financial results for the nine months and quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a profit after tax of PKR 287.73 million compared to PKR 77.91 million in the same period last year. Despite a decline in net sales due to crushing season delays, improved sucrose recovery and cost management significantly boosted profitability.

Sakrand Sugar Mills Limited has appointed Mr. Ahsan Mukhtar as a Non-Executive Director to fill a casual vacancy resulting from the resignation of Mr. Dinshaw Hoshang Anklesaria, effective July 29, 2026.
