The Bank of Punjab (BOP)

The Bank of Punjab has released the ballot paper for voting through post regarding the special business at its upcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for September 8, 2026. The meeting's agenda includes a proposed equity injection of up to PKR 30.0 billion by the Government of Punjab through ordinary shares (otherwise than right issue) in phases, and an increase in directors' remuneration.
