The Board of Directors of Bank AL Habib Limited has declared a 2nd interim cash dividend of PKR 3.50 per share (35%) for the year ending December 31, 2026. The share transfer books will remain closed from September 01, 2026, to September 03, 2026, to determine entitlement.

Bank AL Habib Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved entering negotiations to acquire an additional 33.33% shareholding in AL Habib Capital Markets (Pvt.) Limited (AHCML), aiming to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary subject to regulatory approvals.

Bank Al Habib Limited reported consolidated profit after tax of PKR 15.41 billion for the half year ended June 30, 2026, compared to PKR 19.79 billion in the corresponding period last year. The Board of Directors declared an interim cash dividend of PKR 3.50 per share (35%) for the half year.
