JDW Sugar Mills Limited (JDWS)

JDW Sugar Mills Limited has resolved to join a consortium led by Pakgen Limited to participate in the privatization process of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO). The company has not yet assumed any binding obligations regarding the transaction, which remains subject to pre-qualification and regulatory approvals.

JDW Sugar Mills Limited reported a consolidated profit after tax of PKR 4,960 million for the nine-month period ended 30 June 2026, compared to PKR 3,406 million in the corresponding period last year, resulting in an EPS of PKR 85.83. The board also highlighted ongoing initiatives including digital transport payments for growers, the establishment of the Tareen Institute of Computer Education and Resources (TICER), and the status of dormant subsidiaries.

JDW Sugar Mills Limited reported a consolidated profit after tax of PKR 4.96 billion for the nine months ended June 30, 2026, compared to PKR 3.41 billion in the same period last year. The board of directors confirmed that no cash dividend, bonus shares, or right shares were recommended for this period.
