Nestlé S.A., the majority shareholder of Nestlé Pakistan Limited, has entered into an arrangement with Platinum Equity to create a 50/50 joint venture named Peranel for its global waters and premium beverages business. Nestlé Pakistan's local water operations are included in this transaction, with plans to incorporate a local entity subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals.
